I have to go on record here in defense of the tater tot. Much maligned, it's not such a bad dietary thing if you, a) bake them instead of deep-fry; and
b) don't eat the whole bag in one sitting. After all, Napoleon Dynamite took pocketsful of them to school to snack-on in class!
