Well, at least things are still going in the right direction. And for the second day in a row, the stove has sat-by idle and watched us eat off the grill/out of the fridge. Hah! Take that, hot spell!
This morning I actually remembered my
Life cereal, dry (1 bowl) along with
coffee, Tim Horton's medium black (1)
A very nice lady handed me a frozen bottle of water at around 8:30 this morning, and when I finally got around to drinking it at 11 it was still ice cold. So tomorrow I'm going to take a couple from home and see how that works out.
Needless to say, I probably drank about
10, 12 oz. glasses of water today, plus the
20 oz. frozen bottle, and another
16 oz.-er which I'd brought from home. Hey, I need something to sweat out!
keep 'em in the fridge! |
leftover hamburger (1/2, w/tomato)
Tops Fruit-on-the-Bottom yogurt, cherry (8 oz.)
Baker's Treat Peanut Butter Wafers
(1 pkg. of 2, refrigerated)
and the aforementioned H2O
And seeing that it was too hot to cook, we stuck our heads in the fridge (and considered leaving them there for a while) and pulled out some leftover ham and had
ham salad on rye (1 sandwich)
plump strawberries (6)
sharp cheddar (about 3 oz.)
John Sleeman India Pale Ale (1, 341 ml)
and later on
Tops Dry Roasted lightly salted peanuts (a bunch)
Now excuse me, while I kiss the sky (or at least head up the stairs to bed).
