Same as yesterday. I'll never figure out how that happens. Oh well, at least it didn't go up (like tomorrow's probably will!)
Started out the morning in the car in the pouring rain with
nectarine (1)
biscuit w/orange marmalade (1)
coffee, black Tim Horton's medium (1)
Came home after work to a lunch of
Yoplait mixed berry yogurt (6 oz.)
graham crackers (2-1/2)
water (12 oz.)
leftover pork loin (2 small slabs)
shelled walnuts (1 handful)
cheddar sandwich-sized cheese (1 slice)
and then headed to the gym and did my four miles on the treadmill while trying to avoid watching General Hospital on the overhead right in front of me. Ugh.
It was a leftover, clean-out-the-fridge kind of dinner night. I ended up with

Now if I can only sleep after all of that PR carrying on!
