Not bad for the morning-after a wing pig-out. Figured some fiber wouldn't hurt today, so breakfast looked like
Millville Multi-Grains Crunchy Oats, dry (1 bowl)
water (12 oz.)
Dry Roasted Edamame, lightly salted (.7 oz. packet)
It's been a busy week, too busy I'm afraid for the gym, so it was right home for lunch...
cranberry/orange muffin (2 - hey, they were kinda small)
leftover grilled chicken breast (1/2 of 1/2)
Fit & Active Orange Creme yogurt (6 oz.)
water (12 oz.)
Took a nap, did some paperwork, and sat down to dinner...
stuffed green pepper soup (1 bowl)
home-made guacamole, with red pepper strips
& broccoli as dippers
water (12 oz.)
which was eaten in front of the television while watching the latest installment of the miniseries Under the Dome, an adaptation of a Stephen King book. So far, the book was better.
And somehow, somebody gave me two bags of M&Ms the other day, which I remembered this evening. Which are now empty.
