Day 62: Whose Idea Was It to Clean Out the Fridge?

Wednesday morning weigh-in: 148.0

Sharp readers will remember how we spent last week eating whatever was in the fridge so it wouldn't go bad while we were away. And yes, that worked out fine. Until today, when we went to make dinner, but hadn't time to shop yet since we've been back. But, life goes on. As does breakfast, on the road for work,

coffee, Tim Horton's medium black (1 cup)
the Aldi brand of Life cereal (whose name escapes me,
and of course the box is long gone), dry (1 bowl)
dry roasted edamame (22.5 gram bag)

Went to the gym after work, and did 4.5 miles on the treadmill (with 20 oz. water) before heading home for a late lunch...

leftover strawberry applesauce (about 1/2 cup)
green seedless grapes (1 cluster)
Tostitos Crispy Rounds (1 handful)
marshmallows (2; which is 2 too many)
water (12 oz.)

Dinner? Yes, we found something to throw together.

ham & scrambled eggs w/American cheese
     (2 eggs each)
everything bagel w/butter (1/2 — the top half)
Beaumont Breakfast Blend coffee (1 cup)

SYTYCD's Fik-Shun & Amy
Did some insulating in the living room. Watched some television (So You Think You Can Dance) while enjoying

Genny Light (2 12 oz. cans)
popcorn, stove-top made
     (many, many handfuls)

And then, I danced up to bed.

  1. Is the cereal Millville? That is one of my favorite brand names of all time. The Aldi oatmeal is Millville.

  2. Millville cereals are mostly what you find in our cupboard. This was one of them, it's just that the box was already discarded — they're either fake Rice Chex, or fake Life cereal; hard to tell.
