Decided to pass on the cereal this morning, and packed a bag of fruit for the morning drive.

Diet Vernor's (1 12 oz. can)
That Vernor's really has a bite to it! After work headed to the gym and did just over four miles on the treadmill. I think I worked off a few more calories just watching some of the guys working with the weights on the other side of the room. There's always a few who don't look like they're enjoying themselves at all, and a few others who look around to see if anyone's watching them. It's often more entertaining than watching the television.
Lunch afterwards
Yoplait raspberry yogurt (6 oz.)
leftover grilled chicken, naked (1/2 breast)
water (12 oz.)
Before dinner we watched the latest installment of So You Think You Can Dance. I get worn-out watching them some weeks. Cramp City!

Marshmallows were originally for sore throats. Eat 2 or 3 when you have a sore throat.
