Day 50: Day 50? Yer Kiddin' Me!

Friday morning weigh-in: 146.6

Well I could quit while I'm ahead, but the line at the top says a Season of eating, so we'll trudge on.

Munchies for the morning drive:

Millville Multi-Grain Crunchy Oats, dry (1 bowl)
coffee, medium Tim Horton's, 1 cream (1)
Sparkling Ice coconut-pineapple flavored sparkling water (17 oz.)

Because I had a few things to take care of I came right home after work, for lunch:

Fit & Active (because I am!) 
     strawberry yogurt (6 oz.)
banana (1)
Yancey's Fancy Smoked Gouda (2 oz.)
water (12 oz.)

Dinner, like most Fridays, was at The Old House Downtown, right after stopping at Statler City to enjoy the lobby piano player, and

Great Lakes Brewing Co., The Wright Pils 
     (2 pints - hey, they're 2-for-1!)

and the dinner...

turkey/bean chowder (1 bowl)
fish/greens soup w/brown rice (1 bowl)
scalloped potatoes w/ham (1 serving)
hot steaming whole wheat bread w/butter (1 slice)
red velvet cookie (1)
Miller High Life (1 12 oz. can)

Returned home around 10 p.m. and for some reason had

Benton's Maple Cream cookies 
     (3 — Doh! didn't even want them as I was eating them!)

And for that I'm being sent to bed. By me.
